Our story
Twenty-five years of building services
R.K Rout & Co. is a professional engineering contracting company providing Plumbing, Fire Fighting, HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, STP, WTP and MEP solutions. What started in 2000 with a small plumbing crew in Delhi is today a team of over 120 engineers, supervisors and technicians executing complete building services packages.

We work directly with developers, PMCs and architects — reading drawings early, flagging coordination clashes before they reach the slab, and keeping procurement aligned to the construction sequence. That planning discipline is why our clients return for their next site.
Every project is led by a dedicated project engineer with a safety officer on site, and every handover includes as-built drawings, test certificates and an O&M manual.
