Designed around the NOC, not after it

Hydrant, wet riser and sprinkler layouts are worked out against NBC and IS 3844/IS 15105 requirements and the occupancy classification the building will actually be inspected under. Pump capacity, static tank volume, riser sizing and sprinkler spacing are fixed at drawing stage so the Delhi Fire Service inspection does not turn into rework.

Installation and testing

We install fire pumps, jockey pumps and control panels, run hydrant and sprinkler networks in tested MS piping, and commission addressable detection, hooters and hose reel systems. Hydraulic testing, pump curve verification, flow-switch checks and zone-wise alarm testing are all recorded, and every test is witnessed by the client or consultant.

Compliance paperwork

Alongside the physical works we prepare the drawing set, test certificates and equipment documentation needed for fire NOC liaison, plus annual maintenance support so systems stay inspection-ready. Our fire fighting and plumbing package for the Government of Himachal Pradesh State Guest House (1,10,000 sq.ft) was delivered on exactly this basis.
