On a turnkey MEP package the plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC, electrical and mechanical scopes are executed by our own engineers and crews. That removes the usual argument between separate agencies over who owns a shaft, a slab cut-out or a delayed pump room, and it gives the project manager one number to call.
We produce combined services drawings for ceilings, shafts and plant rooms and resolve clashes between ducting, sprinkler mains, water lines and cable trays on paper. Sleeves and cut-outs are marked for the civil contractor ahead of casting, which is where most MEP delays and chipping work are actually created.
Systems are commissioned as a set — pumps against fire and domestic demand, HVAC against balanced airflow, panels against measured load — and the project is handed over with one consolidated document pack: as-built drawings, test reports, equipment manuals and O&M instructions.
