How we plan a plumbing package
We start from the architect's toilet layouts and the consultant's BOQ, then prepare shop drawings for shafts, risers and pump rooms before a single pipe is cut. Water demand, tank capacity and pump head are checked against the actual occupancy of the building, because oversized hydro-pneumatic sets are the most common reason for noisy lines and high running cost in Delhi NCR high-rises.
Materials and workmanship
Hot and cold water lines are run in CPVC or GI depending on pressure and temperature, soil and waste in UPVC with solvent-welded joints, and external mains in MS or HDPE where mechanical protection is needed. Every riser is pressure-tested section by section and recorded before shafts are closed, so leaks are found while they are still cheap to fix.
Handover and documentation
Packages close with pressure test reports, pump performance readings, as-built drawings and a walkthrough with the facility team covering valve locations, tank levels and routine maintenance. For housing societies and hotels we also mark isolation points so a single flat or floor can be shut down without draining the building.
